Sample jobs and preview

A finding should lead somewhere useful.

Follow an example from category to evidence to an actionable website change. This is an illustration of the report structure, not a customer result.

Example site / local service business

Reachable pages. Unanswered questions.

Imagine a service website with a homepage, a service page and a contact page. The pages load, but a prospective customer still cannot tell whether the business serves their location. If an AI assistant retrieves these pages for a local recommendation, that missing fact also leaves less evidence of a good geographic fit. That content gap belongs in the findings even if the technical checks look healthy.

From evidence to improvement

Answer coverage

The service area is unclear

What the example shows
The sampled service page describes the work but does not name the locations covered.
How to improve it
Add the actual service area and any travel limits to the service page. Explain whether a customer outside that area can enquire.

Who might make the change: Business owner + content editor

Structured data

Business facts are not marked up

What the example shows
No Organisation JSON-LD is present in the example page's HTML.
How to improve it
Add appropriate structured data that matches the verified business name and visible contact details. Validate the result after publishing.

Who might make the change: Website developer

Citation readiness

The page lacks a useful description

What the example shows
The example service page has no meta description summarising its purpose.
How to improve it
Write a concise description that identifies the service and who it is for. Keep it specific to this page.

Illustrative improved-page preview

Bring an existing next step into view

Suppose the source page already has a contact link at the bottom. A proposed layout can put that same link beside the service explanation, without inventing new services, credentials or promises.

This is a fictional layout example, not a generated customer result. A real subscribed-site preview uses source content and findings, is private by default and can be shared through a revocable link. Access requires the owner's active subscription. Publishing to your website is a separate, manual step.

What you would check next

Verify the business facts, publish the changes and run a report with comparable scope. Check that the new information is in the pages actually crawled before interpreting a score change.

What this does not establish

Resolving these issues would not prove the business will appear in a Google answer or Gemini response. Those systems make their own retrieval and citation decisions.
